We were involved in the project from the very beginning, from planning the rooms and concept to getting the property ready to open.
It was an old building with a limited budget, so we had to be creative. We even did some DIY work!

We worked on the room layout and interior design, as well as pricing and sales setup.
We made sure the new rooms fit naturally with the existing hostel.
It was great to see the new rooms help boost occupancy and guest ratings across the property.

We worked with a designer to plan the rooms and make the most of the property’s unusual existing layout.
We also helped source furniture and supplies and got the rooms ready to welcome guests

There was an unused space in a hotel with a beautiful sea view. We thought it had a lot of potential, so we suggested turning it into a coworking space.
We helped with the space design, set up the operations, and worked on the marketing, turning the idea into a place where visitors and local people could work and connect.

We created a special adventure tour that wasn’t just about sightseeing.
The idea was to learn about local traditions, travel by traditional boat, and visit an island that was once inhabited, where traditional structures remain.
We worked with people from the local community to put the tour together.

During COVID, many Japanese people couldn’t go abroad, while many foreign residents couldn’t return home.
We created a program in which Japanese participants could learn foreign languages while staying at a hotel and interacting with international residents.
What started during the pandemic became a popular service that continued afterwards.
